Over the last 20 years I have done a lot of research on Homeopathy,
Ayurveda, healthy diet plans, Yoga, Qi Gong and lots more. This is not really
out of choice but because I suffer from chronic fatigue which is complicated
with many other nagging issues. I wouldn’t want to get into too much detail
about this here. I have tried just about anything on how to live a healthy life
without medicine. One thing that is common to every traditional health care philosophy
is that we are all unique and no one single solution can work for everyone. But
food is medicine for everyone. Most conditions can be treated by using food as
medicine. Food is your best medicine. Modern medicine however, treats everyone
alike. I would call it more of an assembly line approach to medicine. The only
reason modern medicine is popular is because it provides a quick fix albeit with
disastrous long term consequences.
How traditional medicine systems like Ayurveda work are not only by
treating a disease process after it has taken root but also by suggesting
lifestyle options which help arrest a disease process before it starts. This is
