Remove all clothing and Jewelry and sit cross legged on the floor. Use a mat or cushion if you like. Place your left foot touching the body. Keep the stomach and anus muscles relaxed and squeeze the muscle you would use to stop urine flow mid stream. Hold it as long as you can comfortably. Do this just once.
Use the technique as described above to increase breast size and buoyancy. If you want to maintain breast size change hand directions every day, going clockwise one day and counter clockwise the next. For breast size reduction massage the breasts going down inside and up on the outside.
