I have been researching diet and exercise for over 20 years. From all that I have read, researched, experienced and written about, I have come to one conclusion. All diseases and disorders including cellulite are the result of one or a combination of four things; the wrong diet, improper exercise, genetics and environment. We really cannot control what we are born with but the impact of our genes can be modified with proper lifestyle changes. The air we breathe, the water we drink and the conditions we live in can be controlled to some extent. But the 2 things we can totally control are diet and exercise. All that it takes is the correct information on how to incorporate the right foods for any given condition and what part of the body to target with exercise.
