The more I read about modern day medicine and the health care industry the more I am convinced that the whole modern day medical industry is turning into a big scam. Pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and doctors want to keep you sick and on medication, because that’s the way they make money. It is not profitable for them to give you a cheap effective solution which will make you well and not dependent on expensive consultations and medicines. Doctors make money by keeping you on medication and writing a prescription for the medicine periodically. But now there are many people who are taking things in their own hands and trying new approaches to managing health.

Lots of people find a weight loss plan which seems to work for a short time but then the weight comes back or they bounce to a new high. Food is the Best Medicine – We Are What We Eat

Over the last 20 years I have done a lot of research on Homeopathy, Ayurveda, healthy diet plans, Yoga, Qi Gong and lots more. This is not really out of choice but because I suffer from chronic fatigue which is complicated with many other nagging issues. I wouldn’t want to get into too much detail about this here. I have tried just about anything on how to live a healthy life without medicine.
