Bigger Breasts – Tips and Tricks




Breast size usually increases as women become more sexually active due to the natural response of the body to produce more estrogen and progesterone. These hormones determine the over fertility which is connected to proper milk production and menstruation. If you have issues with menstruation it is advisable to consult a health professional without delay. Birth control pills increase estrogen and/or progesterone levels which can aid breast enlargement. I would advise strongly against using birth control pills and estrogen or progesterone therapy to increase breast size because of their adverse side effect. We all want to look good and have a beautiful body. We need to be admired and be the envy of all. What you look like mostly depends what you think of yourself. Therefore the first thing you can do is to start thinking of yourself as beautiful in whatever you have been endowed with and make the most of what you have. The right posture and a toned body can make up for small size of breasts easily. Therefore start exercising. Women usually want to avoid push ups and other upper body exercises because women have less upper body strength and most think that they would look like a man and get bulging muscles. The “Arnold” look is a myth for women; most will never develop bulging muscles without steroids, however much they exercise. Try knee or wall push ups. Toned pectorals lend buoyancy to the breasts making them look bigger and better.

There is lots of material out there to refer to, for what exercises one can do, for upper body strength. So get on a good exercise plan and consult a professional trainer if you can. Posture however is equally important. Keep your stomach pulled in with the chest out and shoulders back. Stand tall and wear about 1 to 2 inch heels and choose clothes that work for your body. Wear the right bra with the correct cup size. Try different cuts and see what works for you best. Sleep without a bra in loose clothes to allow free circulation at night. Keep your belly fat in check. Breasts always look better with the correct body shape. You can look great with a 36-26-36 shape and equally good with 46-34-46 shape. What I am trying to say here is the actual size matters less than the correct shape and muscle tone and skin quality. Top of the list is your confidence in your body.

Breasts are essentially fat and most women want to eat a low fat diet. It is not possible to increase breast size on a low fat diet. So exercise to tone yourself and increase the intake of fat in moderation. You need to gain a bit of weight for larger breasts.

Having said that there are some herbs and natural stuff you can use to augment breast size. But before that a breast massage is the safest way to augment size. Use edible grade oils, like coconut, olive or almond oil in rotation. You can do it yourself. Always massage both breasts together in a circular steady motion. Rub your hands together vigorously to warm them. Place the left hand on the left breast and the right on the right breast. Massage in circles going inwards up and outwards down. Do this at least 81 times. Use this also as a shoulder exercise to strengthen the shoulder and neck muscles. This will make your breasts more buoyant and appear bigger. I have seen recommendations of using wheat germ oil and fennel seeds mixed in cod liver oil to massage the breasts. The active ingredient in all these concoctions is the massage. A breast massage increases blood flow to the breasts and aids release of estrogen and progesterone. This results in an increase in size and buoyancy. Here are some more things you can use to enlarge breast size.

Any herb or food that increases estrogen, prolactin and/or progesterone levels will enhance breast size. Some of these are Fenugreek, Fennel seeds, Red Clover and Wild Yam.
